We deliver a professional solution for 4, 8, 12 and so on analog lines recording. Automatic phone call detection and line archives. Hardware needed is FWQC GDTPREC4, designed and delivered by Global Data Ltd. It has a compact design and uses our own developed CATI software with MySQL Data base. The technology is TCP/IP based. The software is client-server with no limits of LAN users and needs basic technical requirements for local PC.
